We’ve been shortlisted for another award!
The good times keep coming at MarketMakers. We have been shortlisted for an award at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2017 (ECCCSA’s)
Our home-grown Business School has been shortlisted for the ‘Most Effective Learning and Development Programme’.
The European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards are the largest and longest running in the customer contact industry. The awards recognise organisations that are delivering exceptional customer service and who are leaders in their field.
The awards ceremony, hosted by BBC News’ Fiona Bruce, will take place on 28th November in London following the final judging stages.
