ISO 9001 and Investors in People Success
As a business that has always focused on continuous growth and the development of our people, we felt it was essential for us to gain the ISO 9001 certification.
ISO 9001 is seen as the benchmarking standard for a QMS (quality management system) across all areas of a business from the working environment, the people and training available and quality of services to clients and customers. The certification covers values such as customer focus, the motivation and management, processes and ongoing improvement.
After working closely with the ISO assessors and achieved every requirement for ISO 9001, We recently received our certification and the MarketMakers team are delighted.

This achievement confirms that our success is down to our talented team.
Having first received our first Investors In People award in 2007 it was renewed once we completed the relevant assessments of communication within the business; training and development; company values; employee benefits and management support.
