Highly Commended at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards
A short while ago you may have heard us announce that we had been shortlisted for an award at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2017 (ECCCSA’s). Before the awards evening, we were put through our paces with a rigorous judging process, including face to face interviews by the panel of industry leading experts.
The awards took place last night, Tuesday 28th November 2017, at Evolution Battersea. The awards welcomed over 1000 contact centre and customer service professionals, making the ECCCSA’s not only the longest established but also the biggest awards event with this industry. 2017 saw European nominations from across the continent; Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a champagne reception in the Alpine Ski Village. The entertainment set the tone for the evening with endless dance performances above the ski lodges and acrobats from the VIP mezzanine.
Dinner was a mouth watering three courses before the awards got underway.
The MarketMakers Business School were shortlisted for the ‘Most Effective Learning and Development Programme.’ We were awarded Highly Commended in this category for our entry.
This was a huge honour to be shortlisted amongst such highly regarded companies such as Close Bothers Premium Finance, AXA Insurance, and the award winners Aegon UK.
The evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all that attended and we can’t wait for next years!
