A centre of Excellence in Wellbeing
One thing we are extremely proud of this month is being recognised by Great Place to Work® as a centre of Excellence in Wellbeing!
Having previously been awarded UK Best Workplaces: Medium Category (for five consecutive years), and UK’s Best Workplaces for Women: Medium Category, this is a great achievement for our team to be rewarded for the amazing culture and environment they have grown.
Previous to being awarded this recognition, employees complete a survey which is designed to measure the levels of wellbeing in the workplace. This focusses on areas such as:
- Work environment
- Financial security
- Mental and physical health
- Inter-personal relationships
- Work-life balance
- Fulfilment
