A hat-trick of award nominations for MarketMakers!
The UK National Contact Centre awards are now in their 20th year and recognise those individuals in the industry who are seen as role models and always working to make their call centres industry leading.
We are therefore thrilled to announce that three members of the MarketMakers’ team have been shortlisted as nominees for the UK National Contact Centre Awards.
Clare Pugh, who, after our founders Paul Thomas and Henry Braithwaite, was the first MarketMakers employee and has now been with the business for eleven years, is up for Contact Centre Manager of the Year for an Outsourced Operation.
Steve Cass, our Head of Learning & Development is shortlisted for Learning & Development Champion. Steve joined the business in early 2013 and designed and launched the award winning MarketMakers Business School.
Finally, Luke Bartram, our Head of Recruitment, is among the contenders in the category for Recruitment Champion of the Year. Since Luke joined the MarketMakers team, he has been instrumental in the success of our new talent acquisition.

We’re looking forward to welcoming the judges from the Contact Centre Management Association who will visit us in May as part of the selection process.
The winners will then be announced at the annual Awards on the 20th May at The Brewery in Central London. We’re sure you’ll join us in congratulating Clare, Steve and Luke for making the shortlist and wish them all good luck. Fingers crossed we’ll be celebrating a hat-trick on the night!
