Market Makers came highly recommended from one of our colleagues who worked for a previous company that had used Market Makers - which was also a successful campaign. From the initial meeting with an Account Manager, it was clear that they operated with a focus on building long term relationships, rather than a one-off approach.

Yes absolutely, from all angles. From the beginning it was clear that a structure was in place to establish what measures should be completed at all stages, and every effort was made to keep us informed along the way, both verbally and via the reports we requested.

Are there any particular areas that stand out for you?

Market Makers are clearly a professional organisation, which was demonstrated from the initial meeting through to completion of the campaign. I especially liked that the campaign was measured and analysed at all stages.
Overall, Market Makers did everything to a very high standard to ensure a successful outcome, and I was very impressed with the levels of communication and feedback we received.

I would definitely recommend Market Makers and would work with them again. I would also want to work with the same Account Manager, as she was exceptional and a credit to their organisation.
